Keep your office and training assignments close by. Add this workspace to your home screen, or use it in your browser.
Choose your device for the steps:
iPhone or iPad · Safari
- Open this portal in Safari.
- Tap Share. It may be inside the Page Menu or More menu.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Scroll through the Share options if needed.
- Turn on Open as Web App when offered, then tap Add.
Missing that option? In the Share menu, choose Edit Actions and add Add to Home Screen.

Keep your app up to date
Published improvements load when you refresh the app online. You do not need to install it again. If the app was already open, opening its icon may resume the same screen.
Save any unfinished edits first. Refreshing loads the latest app screen; your saved information stays in your company account.
Online access and an office-approved company account are required for saved workspaces. Employees do not need a ChatGPT account. Your personal planner stays private; team assignments are shared with approved managers and their assigned employee. Patient records and payroll are not connected. A home-screen icon does not grant access.
